STIR COVE UPDATE: The 2020 Stir Cove Summer Concert Series at Harrah's Casino has been CANCELED in response to the public health emergency involving COVID-19.
“This is the first time in its 17-year history of entertainment in Council Bluffs that the Summer Concert Series will take a hiatus,” said Missy Hardersen, Regional Vice President, Entertainment. “The health and safety of our fans, artists, partners, staff and community is always our highest priority, therefore; we have decided to cancel the series normally scheduled throughout the summer season.” “Like all of you, we are so sad not to be able to bring concerts this summer to Stir Cove, but we look forward to next summer 2021 when we can all enjoy the music again.”
The 2020 Summer Concert Series has been working through cancellations and rescheduled dates. The current status of shows is as follows:

For those with tickets to the shows listed above, refunds and exchanges will be available as follows:
1. If your event has been postponed or rescheduled, please hold on to your ticket as it will be valid for the new event. Should you be unable to attend the new date, please return to the point of purchase within 30 days of the new date being announced.
2. If you have purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, you will be automatically refunded for all canceled events.
3. All season ticket holders will also automatically be refunded.

If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
If an event is canceled, those customers who purchased tickets via Ticketmaster or via credit card from the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office, refunds will automatically be refunded to your credit card and no action is required. All other tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. Those who purchased tickets with cash from the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office must email email@example.com or call 402.904.5641 to receive a refund
